ReplyDeleteI love that RW mantra article! I'm so glad they included Jurek's "this is what you came for" mantra. Even if I wasn't obsessed with Scott I think I'd still love that one. It perfectly describes both the good and the bad times in a race!
Agreed, that mantra is kind of like a kick in the butt. Like, hello, stop complaining, you did this to yourself! This race is the whole point! haha
